Scanners are free. Why pay for this?
The dataaxe-core was downloaded 301 million times last month.5
What we doScanning stays free on Jralo, and we use axe-core ourselves. You pay for what free tools don’t keep: a dated, verifiable record of what you fixed, and a ready answer when a letter arrives.

Most businesses pay less than that.
The dataOn average, the market leader earns about $27 a month per customer ($42.3M yearly recurring revenue across about 129,000 customers).8
What we doSo one site costs $19 a month on Jralo, below that average, with the badge included. Agencies pay $8 a site.

My AI coding assistant can write the fixes.
The dataOften it can. Fixing is no longer the hard part.
What we doUse it. Jralo hands it the issue list, re-checks what it wrote, and records the date the fix passed. The assistant doesn’t keep that record. We do, and so do you.

A log kept by the vendor could be edited.
The dataSelf-kept records are easy to doubt, and the side that wants to doubt them is the one sending the letter.
What we doEvery entry is hash-chained, every day’s fingerprint is stamped by an independent RFC 3161 timestamp authority, and a copy is emailed to you. An open-source checker verifies the chain without trusting Jralo.

Badges have got companies fined.
The dataThe FTC ordered an overlay vendor to pay $1M over claims that its tool made sites compliant.4 No one certifies ADA compliance.7
What we doOur badge never says “compliant” or “certified”. It states only what was checked and when, is served live, drops its claim when a check finds a problem, and says it is a paid service.
- 06
Will this stop me being sued?
The dataNo product can promise that; anyone can file a claim. But courts have dismissed ADA website claims as moot where a business showed its site was fixed and would stay fixed.9
What we doJralo builds exactly that showing: real fixes, each one dated, kept every day. We don’t yet have outcome data from our own customers, and we won’t pretend to.
- 07
Once the letter is handled, why keep paying?
The data1,427 of 2025’s digital accessibility suits hit companies that had already been sued.3
What we doSettling doesn’t fix the site, and the next plaintiff checks again. That is why the $249 Evidence Pack includes 6 months of monitoring: the record keeps building after the letter.
- 08
Couldn’t a law firm use Jralo to find targets?
The dataAny scanner can be pointed at someone else’s site.
What we doFull results need proof you control the site. Unverified scans are rate-limited and summary-only, there is no public directory, and we never share results with anyone. Accounts that hunt for targets are closed.

You’re new. What if you disappear?
The dataEvidence is only useful if it outlives the vendor.
What we doExport the whole record any time, in open formats. The timestamps come from an outside authority and the checker is open source, so your proof still verifies without us.
