Responsible use

Jralo exists to help website owners find and fix accessibility barriers. It is not a tool for finding businesses to sue. These commitments are part of our Terms of Service.

1. We never sell, rent, share or publish scan results about any website. The only public information is the badge summary a verified owner chooses to display, and it never lists issues.
2. We never give lists of sites, issues or scores to law firms, plaintiffs, data brokers or anyone else.
3. We never accept referral fees or anything of value from law firms.
4. We never contact a business about accessibility issues on its own website unless it, or its agency, asked us to scan it.
5. We never make our services, or our silence about any site, conditional on payment.
6. We keep no public directory, leaderboard or search index of scanned or badge-holding websites.
7. Full scan detail is available only to people who prove they control the website.
8. We close accounts that use Jralo to find litigation targets and delete their scan data.
